As a testimony to our belief, over the past two years (2005 & 2006), Seraya Energy had consistently won awards during the Regional Call Centre Awards and Annual Singapore Call Centre Award events organized by Call Centre Association of Singapore. For two consecutive years, Seraya Energy has also been ranked amongst Singapore's 50 fastest growing companies.

Singapore1000 and "Fastest Growing 50" (FG50) Certification

For 5 consecutive years (2005 - 2010), Seraya Energy makes it in the ranking of Singapore1000, an award that recognises Singapore top 1000 companies based on their financial performances by DP Information Group.

On 28th July 2006, Seraya Energy also emerged as one of the top 3 fastest growing companies in Singapore, ranked in the Fastest Growing 50 (FG50) Certification 2006. In 2007, Seraya Energy was ranked No. 22 in FG50.

5th Singapore Call Centre Awards and 2nd Regional Call Centre Awards 2005

The Seraya Energy employees share the common goal of providing world-class services to our customer. As a testimony to our belief, Seraya Energy won five prestigious awards during the 2nd Regional Call Centre Awards and 5th Annual Singapore Call Centre, in November 2005. Having achieved consistency in our service quality, Seraya Energy once again won recognition during Call Centre Awards 2006 for our excellent customer services.

CIO 100 Honouree 2008

Seraya Energy is one of the top 100 enterprises in Asia who have been awarded CIO 100 Honouree 2008 of CIO Asia's annual index of Asia's top performing enterprise users of IT.

The award is in honour of Seraya Energy having achieved excellence in strategic enterprise IT deployment through our Customer Care & Billing System (CCNB).
