Terms and Conditions
- SE is not be liable for any changes, cancellation, or damage suffered by you or for any failure
by the YTL Hotels to honor the contract
- The discounts and perks offered on Seraya Energy’s website are applicable only to Seraya
Energy’s current customers and their employees. A customer whose contract is terminated
before or during the period of travel will not get to enjoy the privileges.
- The discounts and perks offered apply to a maximum of two (2) rooms or apartments only on
each occasion.
- Seraya Energy’s customers are required to present their employee pass personally to the
reception at the resort or hotel where they will be staying. No proxy check-in is allowed.
- Seraya Energy and/or the PowerSeraya Group entities will not be liable in any way
whatsoever for any arrangement of resort and/or hotel stay for the customer.
- Seraya Energy and/or the PowerSeraya Group entities will not be liable in any way
whatsoever for any injuries, loss or death suffered by the customer, their employee and/or
their families who stay at the resort or hotel.
- Seraya Energy’s customers are to refer and adhere to the respective terms & conditions of
their preferred choice of stay.
- Seraya Energy’s customers are required to comply with the rules & regulations and terms &
conditions as may be imposed on guests by the management of the respective resorts and
hotels.
- Seraya Energy acts as a booking agent only in respect of all bookings made through the
Seraya Energy website. Seraya Energy undertakes no responsibility for, and are not liable in
any way for, any misrepresentation, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty or negligence
on the part of the hotel and/or resort accommodation and services provider, whether in
contract, tort or otherwise howsoever.
- All accommodation booking through the Seraya Energy website is subject to availability, to be
confirmed by YTL Travel Centre.
- Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained
online, Seraya Energy does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims liability for any
inaccuracies relating to, the accommodation and services offered for sale through the Seraya
Energy website.
- Seraya Energy may modify the content of the Seraya Energy website and/or the terms and
conditions herein at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon
posting of the modified content on the website and your continued use of or access to this
website will be deemed to indicate your acceptance of the modified content and/or terms and
conditions.
- Seraya Energy may suspend access to the website for upgrading and/or maintenance at any
time and shall not be liable to you for any downtime.
Guidelines for reservation of resort and /or hotel
- Reservations shall be submitted only via the online form in Seraya Energy’s website. The
applicant should provide his or her company’s name, corporate email address and the
corporate account number issued by Seraya Energy. Payment must be made in full at the
time of booking.
- Reservations are to be made at least [14] calendar days in advance of the Check-In date.
- The Check-in time is 3pm and Check-out time is 11am local time.
- No further discounts will be given for other facilities and/or food & beverages unless otherwise
stated.
- All charges, less any advance payment, must be settled in full before Check-out.
- YTL TravelCentre will liaise directly with the applicant within 3 working days upon its receipt of
the reservation form.
- Only forms with complete information will be processed and room(s) reserved.
- Any cancellation and/or changes requested by the applicant will be subject to administrative
fees as stipulated by the management of YTL Resorts & Hotels.
- Should there be a need for further changes or enquiries, the applicant should liaise directly
